Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zelo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not create an account, post listings, contact sellers, or use the service.

2. Marketplace Role

Zelo provides a platform for users to publish listings, discover items, and communicate. Unless clearly stated otherwise, Zelo is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers and does not own, inspect, guarantee, or take possession of listed items.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Listings and User Content

Listings must be accurate, lawful, and posted in the correct category. You may not post misleading, counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, prohibited, or illegal goods or services. You grant Zelo a non-exclusive license to host, display, resize, translate, and distribute your listing content as needed to operate and promote the marketplace.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not misuse the platform, scrape data, spam users, bypass security, interfere with service operations, impersonate others, post harmful content, or use Zelo for fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions evasion, or any activity prohibited by applicable law.

6. Payments, Delivery, and Disputes

Buyers and sellers are responsible for agreeing on price, payment method, delivery, inspection, returns, and any dispute resolution between themselves. Use safe meeting practices and verify items before paying whenever possible.

7. Moderation and Enforcement

Zelo may remove listings, limit visibility, suspend accounts, preserve records, or cooperate with competent authorities when needed to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

8. Privacy and Communications

We process account, listing, message, device, and usage information to provide the service, improve safety, prevent abuse, and support users. By using the service, you agree that service-related notices may be sent electronically.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zelo disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for user listings, user conduct, lost profits, indirect damages, or transaction disputes between users.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws and competent legal authorities applicable in the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. Users agree to resolve disputes through competent courts or authorities in Afghanistan unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Zelo after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
