Zelo collects information you provide when you create an account, sign in, post listings, upload photos or videos, save favorites, send marketplace messages, update your profile, or contact support. This can include your name, email address, phone number, listing content, uploaded media, location text, and message content.
2. Device and Usage Information
We may collect technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as app activity, request logs, language settings, device identifiers used for authentication sessions, IP address, browser or device type, crash or error data, and approximate usage information.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide marketplace features, authenticate users, publish and manage listings, show search results, enable buyer-seller communication, prevent fraud and abuse, improve reliability, provide support, enforce our Terms, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Sharing
Listing details and public profile information may be visible to other users. Messages are shared between conversation participants. We may share information with service providers that host, store, analyze, or secure the platform, and with competent authorities when required by law or needed to protect users and the service.
5. Photos, Videos, and User Content
Photos, videos, listing descriptions, prices, and locations you add to listings are used to display and promote your listings. Remove a listing or contact support if you need help removing public marketplace content.
6. Tracking and Sale of Data
Zelo does not sell personal information and does not use personal information for third-party advertising tracking. If this changes, we will update this policy and any required App Store privacy disclosures.
7. Data Retention
We keep account, listing, media, message, transaction-safety, and log information for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain security. Some records may remain in backups or audit logs for a limited period.
8. Your Choices
You can update account information, manage listings, remove uploaded content, change language preferences, or request account deletion through the app, website, or support channel. Some information may be retained where required for safety, legal, or operational reasons.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should keep passwords private and report suspicious activity.
10. Children
The service is intended for users who can lawfully use a marketplace account. Users should not provide information for a child unless they are legally authorized to do so.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Zelo after an update means the revised policy applies.
